The agency website gets no love.

 
 

It had been a few years since we’d dusted off the old domain.

 
 

For as long as anybody could remember, writing responsibilities had been bouncing around the creative department popcorn-style. The tone of voice was wildly inconsistent. So when we finally redesigned, I overhauled the copy—and ended up rewriting the whole damn thing. It was a labor of love. Then hate. Then love again.
